  We used these guys a year ago, they were so efficient, we had two flights of stairs and they made sure the job was done within the three hours. We liked them so much, we are going to be booking with them again in a few weeks time for our next move.

  Having moved house many times over the years, both big and small moves, I can honestly say this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We needed to move just our large items such as fridge, lounges, mattresses etc, to an address 15 minutes away. We had done an identical move the year prior with a different moving company and it took 2 hours. I called a few places for quotes and Alex was so polite and eager on the phone that I chose Sazcorp. Even though they had a 3 hour minimum charge and I knew we wouldn't need that long I was happy to give them my business as he sounded so lovely and professional on the phone. I explained numerous times before booking in exactly what the job was and how long it would take. He said he didn't like to feel rushed with time limits and I said that wouldn't be a problem, as the job wouldn't take more than 2 hours and we were paying for three anyway. On the day, after putting a few things on the truck, he asked me and my husband if we would have a problem if the job went for 4 hours or more. We said yes, we would have a problem with that as there is no reason it could take that long. Alex became disgruntled and was talking about how it wasn't worth his time for the money he would be getting. This continued the rest of the day with his attitude increasingly rude and angry. My husband had to go back to work and I was alone dealing with him at the moving in address. I was by now feeling uncomfortable and nervous around him. He dragged our fridge in on a blanket and left 1 metre long scratches on our brand new, untouched, polished timber floor boards. Although I watched him do this, he denied it completely. When I pointed out that I had just watched it happen, he eventually said 'Well I'm not paying for it.' I couldn't wait for him to leave, the whole time with him was a nightmare. The job was finished in under 2 hours. If you are happy to pay for someone taking their time to get their money's worth out of you, this guy might be okay to deal with. The young guys working for him were absolutely lovely.

  Have used alex twice myself n once for my mum. His great nothing too much trouble n doesn't waste time would recommend him to anyone. Hopefully won't b moving again but if i do it will br with alex.Resonably priced to top it all off. 10/10

  Had to move 2 houses into one. Had been there 60 years so had a lot of furniture. Move took 10 hours and 2 truck loads.but still cost a third of other quotes. Efficient and made a stress free move . Had huge wall units and 2 of everything in white goods everything made it in one piece.
